When one of the required courses for the Irish Bible Institute was requested by church leaders across the nation, Sean Mullan, then director of the Evangelical Alliance of Ireland and pastor of a local church in Dublin was faced with a problem. How can this course be offered effectively without taking all his time and energy.

That’s when restructuring the course for delivery through video and trained facilitators became necessary.
